Napa Sauvignon Blanc

With delicate fruit blossom aromas the palate opens to notes of creamy lemon and spring mint. The wine shows a clean, subtle entry on the palate with a luscious texture and a focused acidity; a perfect balance.

Review by Antonio Galloni

The 2015 Sauvignon Blanc Ryan's Vineyard was fermented with indigenous yeasts in neutral French oak and barrel aged eight months in the same neutral oak. Loads of honeysuckle, melons, creamy citrus and grapefruit are all present in this terrific, zesty, medium-bodied and nicely textured Sauvignon Blanc from the Oak Knoll sector of Napa Valley. -91 pts.
